Our focus on laser cutting and folding has enabled us to concentrate on continuous process improvement, so that we can offer the ultimate quality and finish for simple and complex sheet metalwork blanks and folded components, including guaranteed precision, quality and repeatability.

 

With our 3 bystronic CNC lasers, we are able to produce laser cut profiles from just a few millimeters, upto sizes of 4m x 2m x 20mm thick. These use a variety of gasses and pressures which allows us to apply different cut finishes and work to tolerances of +/- 0.25mm and better.

 

We are also able to fold profiles upto 4m long using our amada CNC brake press.
